Reset your rhythm, restore your soul
Join us at Kent’s most beautiful and friendly sound healing sessions, where we restore balance, release tension, and raise your vibration through the power of sound.

Sound Healing
Sound bathing is a meditative practice where participants immerse themselves in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks. The vibrations and tones are believed to help relax the body, clear the mind, and promote healing. During a sound bath, participants usually lie down and focus on the sounds, allowing them to enter a deep state of relaxation or meditation. It’s often used for stress relief, emotional release, and overall well-being.
Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao, honoured for centuries as “the food of the gods”, is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that opens the heart, calms the mind, and deepens self-connection.
In ceremony, it invites stillness, reflection, and clarity — helping dissolve emotional barriers and fostering compassion. Whether meditating, creating, releasing, or simply reconnecting, cacao offers a grounding yet uplifting path back to your true self.
Pilates Online
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it emphasizes core strength, controlled movements, and proper alignment. Pilates exercises can be done on a mat or with specialized equipment like reformers, and they typically involve slow, precise movements combined with deep breathing. It’s often used for improving posture, balance, and overall physical conditioning, and is suitable for people of all fitness levels.
