
Pilates has been around since the 1920’s, although it was mainly used to help dancers recover from injuries, it is now used for body conditioning and fitness worldwide. It is also recommended by GP’s often to people who suffer from certain bodily ailments, such as back pain, hip pain, knee pain etc.
